If you think you like to have solar tubes, after going to their shown room, you will KNOW you want solar tubes and these are the people you want to handle the project. Everyone was very pleasant, professional and knew their product. I met them several years ago but could not get the tubes until this year. They neven made me feel like I was wasting their time. I had a dimmer installed in the living room and chose to use their electrician. The company arranged everything including obtaining permits, arranging the schedule with the installed and electrician and the final inspections. I am a perfectionist so it is not often I say everything was beyond expections but the work of the installer and electrician was beyond expections. They were perfessional, nice, very clean work environment and their work was awesome. Everything was perfect. One of the tubes barely fit with only a fraction of an inch to spare. The installer had to be perfect in making the whole - he was. I love them, love them, love them. Even the inspector was impressed. Wish I could get more. If I did, I would definitely have this company handle everything.

The installer was very efficient and completed the job as scheduled, working with the roofer to install before the roof was finished. We are extremely pleased with this product. I especially like that you can install electric dimmers to reduce the light coming in, allowing me to install them in two bedrooms and still be able to sleep past sunrise. In one of our bathrooms, we keep having guests hunt for the light switch to turn off the "light" when they leave the room. In my office, I don't need any artificial light until late dusk. I prefer this product to skylights because you don't have to clean inside the tunnel (sealed) and you don't see debris/spiderwebs when you look up. I'll definitely install this product if I buy another house where we want to add more natural light.

The technician was highly professional and extremely patient as we slowly decided on the various diffuser and light filtering options. In our master walk-in closet, he was able to wire the existing light into the solatube in a very tight space (i.e. only ~6inches). His work was beyond our expectations in terms of cleanliness. There was virtually no clean up left for us to do when he left. This was espeically appreciated since one of the tubes was installed in our kitchen and no cleanup left to do over our counters or stove.
